We are delighted to share our first ever DAYLESFORD WHISKEY release.
Made from scratch in-house using peated-barley, our DAYLESFORD WHISKEY has been lovingly tended in a small oak cask for over three years. A single batch release of only 300 bottles (which are flying off the shelf) this blended malt has a full flavour of light sweet, peat and biscuit-toffee notes. A rich caramel colour and stunningly smooth on the palette with a long finish, our DAYLESFORD WHISKEY is a delightful snifter on a cold winter’s evening or makes a spectacular cocktail ingredient. We are super-proud of this delicious offering.
