Tenrai is a Japanese word meaning ‘heavenly, divine, inspired and heaven-sent’ - an excellent choice to describe our newest Japanese-inspired gin. Holding multiple layers of taste and flavour sensation, this gin is a balance of sweet and savoury delights.
Made from multiple distillations of the many ingredients, TENRAI GIN combines wasabi for warmth, yuzu for sour citrus, toasted rice for sweetness and depth, shiitake mushroom for umami and seaweed for a hint of salt. A superb choice for dry martini or enjoyed straight over ice, this gin is a homage to a place we love and like no other you have ever tasted.
