Smithers’ Gin is our first completely organic gin, fully fermented and triple-distilled from organic sugar and locally sourced organic ingredients. Made in collaboration with Annie Smithers and her wonderful team at Du Fermier, it contains organic juniper from Garden of St Erth coupled with buckets of orange intensity from Mildura rounded off with sweet sultanas and pepperberry warmth. A glorious cold weather gin, it was a sell-out favourite last year and is delicious served with a slice of blood orange and a splash of soda or tonic. Grab it whilst you can as this is a strictly limited seasonal batch run and is sure to sell-out.
