From barley to barrel - is a unique workshop which takes participants through the whole process of making whiskey in a single day. A fabulous gift for the whiskey-lover in your life, they will have a hands-on experience of all the steps involved in creating whiskey from scratch and learn how each step of the process contributes to the flavour profile, mouthfeel and balance of the final product.
The full-day workshop includes a gourmet lunch and blind whiskey tasting. All participants will be invited to a free barrel sampling after 12 months and after 2 years maturing - they will get priority access to the whiskey they have made to purchase at wholesale prices.
Please note that this workshop includes physical activity and is only available to people who are 18+. Numbers are limited to 10 participants per workshop to ensure each person can be actively involved in the process.
